No operation
The "no operation" unit operation just copies the inlet to the outlet. It can be useful for debugging purposes, or to temporarily replace a unit operation.
It performs a P-VF flash in case the feed is at a phase boundary, and the resulting temperature is less then 0.1 K from the feed temperature. Otherwise it performs a P-H flash for a stream that is near enough to pure, or a T-P flash.
